Polycarp Mugizi is the CTO at Asa Microfinance Uganda
He joined ASA Microfinance from Brac Uganda Bank, where he was head of IT. Before that, he was IT manager at NCBA, a position he assumed after leaving Uganda Finance Trust Bank where he had been the IT manager.
Polycarp has also worked with Exim Bank Uganda as manager ICT, and as IT officer for applications support at UBA Uganda.
Earlier in his career, he was an enterprise engineer at Computech, a period during which he also served as senior consultant at Techpack. Before that he had been a technical and services trainee at NCR Uganda (SCI) where his career began.
Polycarp holds a BSc in computer science from Makerere University. He also has an MSc in information systems from Uganda Martyrs University and an MBA from University of East London.
