Peter Gichia is the head of IT at SokoFresh.
Peter joined SokoFresh in December 2022 as a software engineer, building web applications across the front and back end, before his promotion to head of IT two and a half years later.
Before that, he spent close to four years at IconiaTech as a web application developer, from April 2019 to November 2022.
Peter began his career at Highend Solutions as an IT support technician, troubleshooting software issues across a range of server environments and database engines.
He holds a BSc in IT from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. His certifications include foundations of cybersecurity, introduction to DevOps, and application development using microservices and serverless.
