Paul Odero is the ICT manager at the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) where he has been for more than a decade.

Paul started his career at Dew CIS solutions as a web and graphic designer before joining APHRC as a web systems manager. He later rose the ranks to become the institution's ICT manager.

During his time at the organisation, he has overseen the improvement of cyber security and internal systems as well as implementation of open source solutions.

He holds an ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS

The African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) is a research organization based in Nairobi, Kenya. It conducts research on health and development issues and works with policymakers across sub-Saharan Africa to promote evidence-based decision making. The institution also has a West Africa Regional Office (WARO) in Dakar, Senegal.
