Ivas Kwikiriza is the head of business technology at Tropical Bank, a position he has held since September 2025.
Before joining Tropical Bank, Ivas spent close to seven years at KCB Bank Uganda as business systems operations manager.
Ivas built the earlier part of his banking technology career at Ecobank Uganda, where he worked as a banking systems support officer alongside a short stint as a bank cashier from February 2012 to January 2013.
He holds an MBA in accounting and finance from Makerere University and a Master's degree in management information systems and services from the Uganda Management Institute. He also holds a BSc in computer science from Makerere University.
