At AGL, she coordinates pre-deployment meetings, configures solutions to match operational needs, and guides teams through organisational change. She also delivers training and provides on-site and remote support during system start-ups, collaborating with support teams post-deployment to improve tools and processes.
Prior to joining AGL, Sandrine worked at the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB), first as a scrum master and later as product owner for the Ishema platform. In these roles, she facilitated agile transformation, coached teams on Scrum principles, and oversaw the rollout of digital solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Earlier experiences include a software engineering internship at WiredIn Rwanda, where she contributed to the development of the Murakoze bitcoin wallet, and a role as IT support engineer at Envy Data Solutions, providing technical assistance and training for SME clients. She also served as a graduate teaching assistant at Carnegie Mellon University Africa, mentoring students on launching tech startups from ideation to capital raising.
