Imani Mwanri is the head of IT at Reliance Insurance. 

He joined the company as IT manager in November 2025 before his promotion to head of IT six months later.

Imani began his career in telecommunications as a network operations centre (NOC) engineer at Liquid Intelligent Technologies Tanzania, from May 2012 to June 2013. He then moved to M+R Spedag as head of IT where he spent five years before joining Strategis Insurance Tanzania as IT manager. He later joined Minara Tanzania as manager, data and IT, before leaving for Reliance after a two year stint.

Imani has a BSc in computer science from the University of Dodoma.
