Ibrahim Juma is the head of information technology at AAR Hospital.

Prior to this role, Ibrahim served as head of information technology at Kenyatta National Hospital. In this position, he led the design and implementation of IT strategy, coordinated enterprise architecture frameworks and oversaw the execution of large-scale technology initiatives.
Earlier, Ibrahim worked as manager of ICT security and business continuity at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. He led cybersecurity architecture and implementation, supported enterprise risk management, and oversaw the delivery of security controls, systems monitoring and compliance processes.
He also served as an information security officer at the Kenya Trade Network Agency, where he focused on developing and implementing cybersecurity frameworks, supporting enterprise architecture design, and guiding security assessments, audits and vulnerability management.
He began his career at the Higher Education Loans Board as a systems security administrator, where he supported security operations, managed infrastructure protection systems and contributed to disaster recovery planning, system monitoring and server administration.
Earlier, Ibrahim worked at JKUAT as an ICT officer, applications, where he supported server environments, virtual infrastructure, system deployments and security controls within the university’s ICT environment.
