Deborah Masara is the ICT manager and acting head of technology and operations at Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC).
She began her career in 2010 as a system developer at Attain Enterprise Solutions, where she specialised in customising and integrating Microsoft Dynamics NAV systems. Over nearly a decade at the firm, Deborah advanced through several technical and leadership roles, eventually serving as head of support and implementation services.
In 2020, she joined KMRC as ICT manager and currently also serves as the acting head of technology and operations. In this dual capacity, she plays a pivotal role in aligning digital infrastructure and operational systems with KMRC’s strategic goals.
