Abdulrazaaq Adan is the group head of ICT at Hass Group.
He began his career as a commercial engineer at Numerical Machining Complex in 1999 and has built a distinguished career in ICT leadership and systems implementation across the private and humanitarian sectors in East Africa and the USA. He has held technology roles in organisations such as Lutheran World Federation, Firestone East Africa, and Adelphia Communications Corporation, before transitioning to senior ICT roles at Stima Sacco Society and now Hass Group.
Abdulrazaaq joined Hass Group in 2024, where he has focused on aligning ICT strategy with business growth, stabilizing Oracle ERP systems, deploying Forecourt Management Systems across the region, and improving system security through AWS cloud frameworks.
He holds a Master’s degree in computer science from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing & management from Loughborough University. He is also a graduate of Strathmore University’s Senior Leadership Management Program and is affiliated with several professional bodies including the Engineers Registration Board of Kenya and the Information Systems Security Association.
